Now that your popup is live and collecting leads, you might be wondering — where does all that valuable lead data go?
Let’s walk you through how to access and manage your leads inside YS Lead Gen.
View All Your Leads
There are three easy ways to view the leads collected through your popup campaigns:
1. Dashboard – Recent Leads Section
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard → YS Lead Gen
- On the main dashboard screen, you’ll see a Recent Leads section
- This shows a quick overview of the latest leads collected
2. Leads Tab (Full Lead Management)
- In your WordPress sidebar, click on YS Lead Gen → Leads
- Here, you’ll find all the leads collected from all your campaigns
- You can view:
- Lead name
- Email address
- Campaign source
- Date and time of submission
- You can also export your leads for use in email marketing tools or CRMs
3. View Leads from Individual Campaigns
- Go to YS Lead Gen → Leads
- Click on the name of the campaign
- Scroll down to the “Leads Collected” section
- You’ll see the list of leads submitted through that specific popup or form
This is helpful if you want to analyze the performance of a particular campaign.
Export Your Leads (Optional)
You can easily export all or selected leads in CSV format, making it simple to import them into your favorite email marketing tool or CRM platform.
