Follow these steps to display your popup only to returning visitors:
Step 1: Go to Campaign Setup
WordPress Dashboard → YS Lead Gen → Create New Campaign

Step 2: Choose Campaign Type
Click Popup Campaign → Create Popup

Step 3: Set a Campaign Name
Example: “10% OFF for Returning Users” or “Welcome Back Offer”

Step 4: Pick a Template
Select a template that suits your goal — discount, newsletter, announcement, etc.

Step 5: Customize Your Popup
Use the drag-and-drop editor to:
- Edit the headline and text
- Add logos, images, or badges
- Update button text (e.g., “Claim Offer” or “Welcome Back!”)

Click Save and Next when done.

Step 6: Set Page Targeting
Choose where this popup should appear:
- Entire website
- Specific product pages
- Cart/checkout pages, etc.

Step 7: Go to Visitor Behavior Section
Scroll to the Visitor Behavior section to define audience rules.

Step 8: Enable “Returning Visitor” Toggle
Find the option labeled Returning Visitor
Switch the toggle to ON

This will ensure that your popup is only shown to visitors who have been to your site before.
The plugin uses browser cookies to detect whether someone has already visited your site.
Once this option is ON, the system will automatically trigger this campaign only for returning users.
Step 9: Set Display Triggers (Optional)
You can control when the popup appears:
- Time delay (e.g., 5–10 seconds)

- Scroll depth (e.g., 50%)
- Exit intent

Step 10: Device Targeting (Optional)
Choose where to display your popup:
- Desktop
- Mobile
- Tablet
- All devices

Step 11: Frequency & Timing (Optional)
Manage how often and when the popup shows:
- Show once per user/session

- Set specific start/end dates or specific time

- Show on every visit

Step 12: Source Targeting (Optional)
Show the popup to returning users from:
- Google Ads
- Organic search
- Specific UTM links

Step 13: Click Publish
Once everything is set, click Publish.

Your popup is now live and will be displayed only to returning visitors!

Pro Tips
- Test your popup using Incognito Mode and regular mode to confirm visitor behavior.
- A user will be marked as “returning” if their browser still holds your site cookie.
